Whatever comes to mind such as:
thoughts, memories, painful feelings, pleasurable feelings, boring feelings…
Don’t follow them, don’t suppress them.
Their very nature is to disperse and go away on their own, just as they come they will go.
Remain steadfast, unshaken….
